Hotel Lodging info update!!!

We now have the main event hotel. small hotel that will be used for sponsors only do to this reason. The property will also be used for the meet and greet at this time.

There's 2 hotels next door to the left of the event hotel as well as 2 hotels next door to the right. so close it will be a 2 -5 min walk max depending on what hotel you pick.

We are working with all hotels on prices. We should have this info on the event website in the next 24-48 hours. We are working on trying to get discounts for event attendees on the rooms as well.

I will be reaching out to companies to sponsor this event. As we move forward with planning we will see if we will have a special location for sponsors to setup booths. We may just do raffle prizes and stuff at the social meet location.

Meet & Greet Social.

Brain storming with Greg at MNNTHBX for the first event in Maggie Valley NC. We are looking at doing a social meet at a restaurant as like a meet & greet. 

As we look for a restaurant to do so we will update with more plans. 

We will see what restaurants will be ok with us doing on their property. Depending on this we will see what we can add to the social meet!

We have worked out a date for this event. August 27-29 2026 is now the official event date. 

During this event Maggie Valley will also have there annual arts & craft festival going on. For those who don't want to ride they can enjoy this festival.

We are working on an official event dates between AUGUST & OCTOBER 2026

We are also looking for a possible meet & greet spot for 2026 if we decide to include sponsors!

The Deep Creek Small Bore will be back!

During 2025's event we realized that Two wheels of Suches & the local area just was not event friendly.

Realizing there was no true way to overcome logistical challenges we decided to end the GA event.

We have found a new location for 2026.

Maggie Valley NC.

We have not determined the direction of this event. 

Do we want this event to changes locations each year to see and explore the road's or make possible Maggie Valley NC the new home.
